    My key pass expired yesterday 10/21 I tried to renew and it didn’t let me, I called and couldn’t get help. Now I’m using this contact method. I want to renew my pass

    Hi there, Beatriz, and thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!

    I’m so sorry to hear that you had trouble renewing your Magic Key Pass last week. Currently, Magic Key passes are eligible for renewal up to 30 days before their expiration date, and unfortunately, can’t be renewed after their expiration date. So, if your Magic Key expired last week, then you won’t be able to see the option to renew online. Since it sounds like you had some technical difficulties with your renewal, I recommend calling the Magic Key call center at (714) 781-7277 to chat with a Cast Member. 

    If they’re still unable to help you, you may choose to purchase a new Magic Key if and when sales of new passes become available. Stay tuned to the Disney Parks Blog and @disneylandmagickey on Instagram for any breaking Magic Key news and announcements. In addition, I recommend keeping an eye on the Offers & Discounts page for any special theme park ticket discounts or promotions. I sure hope it works out for you to return to the magic soon, Beatriz!
