Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas!
The new stand-by queue experience for
Haunted Mansion Holiday is still being refurbished, but, as you mentioned, the attraction is open via a
virtual queue that allows Guests to save a place in line virtually and return to the attraction later when prompted. Generally, when a virtual queue is in place, standby line options are limited or unavailable. Guests must use the
Disneyland mobile app to request to join the virtual queue in order to experience the attraction. Unfortunately, your hotel room key card and your printed Disneyland eTicket cannot be used in any way to access a virtual queue. However, in the absence of a smartphone, even an iPad or Android tablet device with the proper operating system can be loaded with the Disneyland mobile app and used to make plans. Otherwise, please feel free to reach out to a Guest Services Cast Member in person at the resort to see if they are able to assist you in any way.
