Ahoy there, Adam!
Wow looks like your arrival date is right around the corner! I'm so excited that you and your crew are about to embark on an incredible, magical, fun-filled adventure!
As a father of an infant myself, I know all about the logistics of feeding, sleeping, and the general craziness that happens when it's anywhere near feeding time, naptime, or even just overstimulated time!
Unfortunately, kettles are on the
list of prohibited items and cannot be brought aboard by Guests. The good news is, there are a limited number of approved bottle warmers/sterilizers that are available upon request from Guest Services!
With such a short time until your cruise, you could simply stop by the
Guest Services Desk (Deck 3, Midship) on your first afternoon onboard to request one. I would also encourage you to send an email to the special services team at SpecialServices@disneycruise.com. Typically special services must be requested 60 days prior to your departure date, however in this situation with phone hold times being as long as they've been recently, it doesn't hurt to send the email and make the request. Obviously there are no guarantees, but nothing ventured, nothing gained, right?
I do know that as a tea drinker (yes, we have those here in the US, too, haha!) hot water can be delivered to your stateroom at any time, 24 hours a day, from
Room Service! They will deliver an insulated carafe of hot water that should stay warm long enough for you order it earlier than you need it and have it ready for feeding time!
I hope this helps, Adam! Thank you so much for your question, and if you have any others in the short time until you embark, please sail my way again here at planDisney!
Fair winds and following seas!
