Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Jackie. I'm so glad you stopped by! It's my pleasure to help you prepare for your visit to the
Disneyland Resort.
I'm sorry to hear you've had difficulty registering for
Disability Access Service ahead of your arrival. How frustrating! The Disneyland Resort is committed to making sure that all Guests have an accessible, inclusive, and magical experience in the theme parks. Unfortunately, pre-registration for DAS can be completed as soon as 30-days in advance of a park visit, but no less than 2-days before your arrival. With less than 2-days before your arrival now, you're past the pre-registration window. But not to fret! You can register for Disability Access Service when you arrive at the Disneyland Resort. Just stop by City Hall, Chamber of Commerce, or any Guest Information location and a friendly Cast Member will be happy to assist you. Once you're registered, you'll be able to select your first return time for an attraction!
Be sure to download the
Disneyland mobile app before your visit. It's magic at your fingertips! The app has lots of convenient features, like the
Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering feature, but you'll especially want to have the app on hand so that you can select your DAS return times without assistance from a Cast Member. Isn't that great?
I hope this was helpful, Deborah. I'm wishing you the most magical visit to "The Happiest Place on Earth!"
Ashley
