    I keep trying to order the vacation planning DVD for Walt Disney World in Florida from your website, but it keeps saying access denied. How do I order one of these planning DVDs?

    Planning a trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth is like a journey to Arendelle! Magical, full of love, and refreshing enough to thaw a frozen heart! We’re so excited for you to run with reindeer, befriend the rock-trolls, and sing with Olaf!

    I have loved the Disney Vacation Planning DVDs that have been offered in past years. However, our digital pals have recently shifted to completely online videos to keep Guests up-to-date with the newest happenings at Walt Disney World Resort.

    Currently, due to recent ever-changing times, Queen Elsa has taken the Planning Videos and said, “Let it go,” for now. At this time, you will have access to extremely helpful Vacation Planning pages that will inform you on the most recent updates to the Walt Disney World Resort as the days and weeks roll on. We hope to see the Disney Vacation Planning Videos return as we adventure onward! (The videos should be available on the Vacation Planning page if/when they are released again!) 

    Feel free to use the Moms Panel Video Library as a resource! These videos are worth melting for! And, if you find yourself with additional questions, we’ll be here for you, into the unknown, at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
