Mandee from UT Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I bought tickets for my adult children under my account and I would like to transfer them to their accounts since I won't be with them on some days. How do I do that but still keep our tickets linked together as a group?

    Howdy, Mandee!

Welcome to planDisney! Connecting theme park tickets is like wrangling your cast of characters for an adventure at the Happiest Place On Earth! It's a nifty little trick I use with a couple of my good friends – we've linked our Magic Keys together, just like Buzz, Woody, and the gang. That way, we can make a theme park reservation for each other ( Because, as Woody always says: No toy left behind!). Plus, we take turns securing Lightning Lane return times and breezing through the turnstiles together.

The Disneyland Mobile App is your trusty sidekick when it comes to scanning your theme park tickets at the entrance. I love how it lets me plan my resort visits right from the comfort of my home. And if all the adventurers in your crew have the app too, you can link up everyone's tickets together. It's like Andy's Toys banding together – teamwork makes the dream work!

So here's the lowdown: From the mobile app, you can tap that ☰ menu at the bottom right. Then select "Tickets and Passes" at the top left. Then hit the "Link Tickets & Passes" button near the top of the screen (if you don't see it, tap the '+' button in the upper-right corner). Now, you can scan another ticket using your phone's camera or enter the ticket ID manually. Once all your theme park tickets are linked, you're set to make group reservations!

My fellow panelist, Tony S, also has some awesome advice on linking tickets and making the most of Lightning Lane entrances!

Well, Mandee, I hope that helped you lasso the answer on linking those tickets so that you and your Mouseketeers can enjoy the rootinest, tootinest time at the Disneyland Resort in the wild wild west next Spring! If not, keep those questions a-comin'! I'm here to spill all my favorite tips  for your Disneyland Resort adventure. Now that you've got a friend in me, I'd love to help however I can.

    Happy Trails,
    Danielle
