Can we keep our special needs children in their strollers while we wait in line for attractions?

    Hello Kelly,

Absolutely, you may keep your strollers for your children.  What you'll need to do is to visit Guest Relations at any of the parks to first obtain a Guest Assistance Card to note that you need to have the accommodation of keeping your strollers with your for children's needs. I'd also request to get a special tag to adhere to your strollers that indicates that it is being used as a wheelchair.

When you arrive at each of the attractions, a cast member may not see the special tag immediately and may ask you to park your stroller. At this time, you can show them the special tag and/or Guest Assistance Card.  You may also want to check with cast members regarding the entrance they'd like you to use since some of them have separate entrances for guests in wheelchairs.  For example, at Toy Story Mania you'd want to use the handicap entrance since there are stairs in the regular queue.

Thank you for the question; please let us know if we can help again.  Have a magical trip!
