    I keep seeing mention of wavephones - what are they?

    Hi Kate,

    I love Wave Phones!  They are fantastic for staying in contact with the other members of your family.  You will find two Wave Phones in your stateroom. These phones can be used throughout the ship and close to the ship. You can use the Wave Phone to communicate not only with others in your party, but with Guest Services, youth clubs, and restaurants, just as you would your stateroom phone. Wave Phones also have voice and text messaging capabilities.
     
    Please remember that although there is no charge for using the Wave Phones, the fine that is charged if you lose or damage one is rather costly (approximately $250).  There are additional phones to rent when you arrive on the ship. The cost would be approximately $3.50 per day.
