I know exactly what you’re talking about, because within my Magical Friend Squad, some of us received a recent Annual Passholder email, and some of us didn’t. I checked in with a Cast Member on the Annual Passholder services team, and she had some great advice. First, check to be sure that the email you’re regularly checking is the same one connected to your
My Disney Experience account. If that’s not the problem, you may need to double-check whether you are opted in to receive emails and promotions. Log in to My Disney Experience, and under My Profile, click on Subscriptions. From there, follow the steps to opt in to all emails. If this does not resolve the problem, please call the Annual Passholder line at (407) 560-7277.
