Hello, I keep hearing about My Disney Experience on the website but cannot find it. Help please! I am logging on from Canada. Thanks for your help.

    Hi Monika,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  What a great question!  My Disney Experience is part of the enhanced Walt Disney World Website and MyMagic+.   It is intended to help guests organize all aspects of their vacation planning.  While most of my Disney loving friends have experienced My Disney Experience, some of us (myself included) have yet to be switched over.  From what I understand, it is rolling out in phases, and hopefully all guests will be using the new website shortly.  I like to remember the old saying - they save the best for last!

With that being said, there is a tab titled My Disney Vacation on the old website that has many of the functions of My Disney Experience.  Here you can see all of your reservation details, dining reservations, create customized Theme Park maps and even check-in 10 days in advance.

Until the new website magically rolls out to everyone, you can become familiar with my Disney Experience on your smartphone.  Be sure to download the mobile version because it will be very useful during your vacation at Walt Disney World Resort as well.

I'm sorry I don't have better news for you Monika, I hope you will get to experience the new website sooner rather than later!  If you have any other questions please let me know, I would be happy to help.
