Hi Gary,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for stopping by with a question!
Well, that is a dilemma. My first thought (which I am sure you may have tried) would be to double-check the ID number(s). If you booked through a third-party, like a travel agency, you may have received a confirmation number. That third-party agency may need to give you the actual Walt Disney World Resort confirmation number(s). My fellow
UK panelist Sue has provided some information on linking reservations for UK guests that might be helpful.
A few days ago I was trying to help an international friend with her resort hotel reservation and it took some time for the Walt Disney World Cast Member to locate her reservation with the confirmation number we had. It turns out she had a confirmation number from the travel company with whom she booked but there was a different confirmation number from the Walt Disney World Resort. So, be sure to double-check your identification or confirmation number(s)!
If that does not resolve the issue, I suggest you contact the
Walt Disney Travel Company freephone, 0800 169 0749. A Cast Member may be able to help you resolve the issue. On a few occasions I have also had some trouble linking reservations. Once I called to get technical support, a Cast Member has always been able to help me sort out the problem!
Gary, these are busy times, so do keep an eye on all of the
operational updates with theme parks and resort hotels. The happy news is that once you get those tickets linked, you can access the Disney Park Pass system to make theme park reservations! Remember that park pass availability may be limited and do check the operational updates for
details on the park pass reservation window. Keep an eye on the
park availability calendar as you prepare to make those park reservations. Sending you lots of pixie dust to link those tickets. We are delighted to welcome you back to a
world of magic very soon!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
