Hi Kaylene! Thanks for your response on Saratoga Springs. If we booked through AAA, how do we request "Congress Park" area? Is there a way to do this on line or will AAA handle this? Can we register ahead of time as will will not arrive until la

    Hi again, Sandra!

I'm going to recommend that you do a of couple things. First, since the vacation was booked through AAA, give them a call and ask them to add your request for Congress Park to your reservation.

Second, you'll want to call Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa directly at: 407-827-1100 exactly 9 days prior to your arrival. That is when the Resorts get their arrival lists, so they can't help you prior to that. When you call, ask to speak with the "Room Assigner". You'll provide him/her with your reservation information and tell them that you would like to be assigned to Congress Park. Because you mentioned that you won't be getting in until late, to be honest, I'd call again on the day of arrival and speak to the front desk. Let them know that you won't be in until later in the evening, but that the room location is very important to you and can they please note your reservation not to be switched out of Congress Park. That should cover all your bases, and with a little luck and pixie dust...you should be all set.

Please note that while room requests are never guaranteed, Disney does do their best to honor them.

Hope this helps and that you enjoy every  moment of your vacation!
