Hi Kaylene - I plan to be at Disney World for a week within the next year. Which Water Park would you recommend for a Granny who has minor mobility issues? I want to enjoy my time with the grandkids. I don't want to lessen their fun. Thank you!

    Hi Rachel,

While I enjoy both of Disney's incredible Water Parks, I would recommend Typhoon Lagoon for you. Blizzard Beach has a lot of stairs to climb in order to access many of their slides. Granted, quite a few of the slides at Typhoon Lagoon are also accessed via stairs, but you'll find the overall terrain to be a lot easier to navigate.

I hope you have a wonderful vacation with your grandchildren. Speaking of which, I am absolutely certain that having you with them will only add to their joy and that you could never lessen their fun. Disney AND time with Granny? What lucky kids!!

    Enjoy,

    Kaylene
