    For the kayaking port adventure in Rhodes, Greece, (A Journey Through The Pirates’ Route - Sea Kayaking Tour (RH52)) is there a weight limit?

    Hello, Abby! Welcome to planDisney. I'm so glad that you sailed our way with your question.

    Your plans to visit Greece via a Disney Cruise sound fantastic. I love to choose active Port Adventures, and the sea kayaking tour you are looking into is right up my alley. While I wasn't able to find a weight limit listed for that specific Port Adventure, I did find out some important information in the Know Before You Go section on the Port Adventure page. Please keep the following in mind:

    • Guests must be ambulatory. Wheelchairs (collapsible or electric) will not be permitted. Tour operators will deny participation to Guests arriving in wheelchairs or electric scooters.
    • Guests are encouraged to bring a towel from the ship, a swimsuit, a hat, sunglasses, and a change of clothes.
    • Guests should be in good physical shape to participate.
    • Temperatures can get extremely high during summer. Guests are encouraged to stay hydrated and wear hats, sunglasses, insect repellent, and sunscreen.
    • Guests are encouraged to bring currency and credit cards to purchase extras such as souvenirs or snacks.
    As I wasn't able to find a weight limit, I did some searching to see if I could find an average weight limit for sea kayaks. According to what I found, sea kayaks generally have a weight limit of 300-350 pounds. If you have further questions, I recommend that you reach out to the Crew Members at the Port Adventure desk once you are on the ship.
