Kay, thanks for your answer on the EWP. If the P&P voyage starts at 6:45 from the Contemporary, do you think it will still be running to catch any of the times you quoted. Does anyone know exactly how long the P&P voyage lasts? The time is vague

Hi Kimberly!  The Pirates Fireworks cruises last approximately an hour and forty five minutes.  You begin with a 30 minute reception on land.  When you are booked for the 6:45 cruise you will not still be on the water to see the Electric Water Parade...later cruises can make that happen only.

You could easily enjoy your Pirate cruise and then take the monorail from the Contemporary over to the Polynesian.  Without wait time this is only about a 10 minute trip with one stop at the Transportation and Ticket Center.  The Polynesian is the first stop for the Electric Water Parade at 9:00pm so you should have time to get to that resort and head out to the beach to see the parade.  You could also just hang out at the Contemporary and wait to see the parade there but it is the last stop and won't arrive until about 10:06pm.

With some good planning you can definitely make this a magical evening for your family!
