Hi Kay! My ? is re spending in Disney. Ready to go.. it's time to decide how much spending money to have. 3 kids, 2,4,9, ea having a $50 gc to spend. On dining plan, have waterparks & more. can u help me decide whats a good amt to have? THANKS

Hi Michelle!  It is always hard to gauge for someone else as to the amount of spending money to bring.  I never seem to have enough because once I am there and see all the cute things in the shops I can't resist and go shopping!

Although you are on the dining plan there will be incidentals that you need to be prepared for.  If you and your husband want a glass of wine with dinner or you just absolutely need that hunk of fudge you saw in the sweet shop then you will need a little more for the food and drink budget.

I am not sure how long you are staying but you might decide to enjoy some of the great recreation options such as the water sprite boats.  There is a rental fee for these as well as the other boats at the marinas.  When you head to the waterparks you might want to pick up that pail and shovel for the little one to enjoy while the older ones are off to the slides.

I would suggest $500 to be on the safe side.  It will really depend on how much you are enticed by the wonderful souvenirs.  I don't have much self control so my husband always knows that going into a Disney trip!  Have a wonderful and magical vacation!
