    Hi Kay ! this is Karin again. I`ve a question about package service. Ive heard it is possible to sent gifts you've bought to your resort's reception. Is it also possible to send e.g. a "rucksack" that you don`t need any longer during your day?

    Hi again Karin! So glad I can help with your vacation planing!

    The parks do have a package delivery service to the guest's Disney resort when they purchase something at one of the many stores within the park.  This can be done up until about two days from your departure date as when it gets closer there is a risk your package might not arrive before you check-out.  When you find something to buy you can ask the cast member at check-out to please have it delivered to your resort.  You will be asked to fill out a slip showing where you are staying etc.  You can generally pick up your bag the next day at the resort merchandise store or other location that they have specified.

    If you want to pick up your purchases yourself at the end of the day there is a package pickup location at the entrance to each park.  The merchandise you bought earlier in the day will be brought to this location so you can take it back to your resort yourself.

    I am not aware of a service where you can have your extra personal items in a backpack, or "rucksack" as you call it, taken back to the resort for you.  There are lockers in each park where you can store these type of things during the day if you don't want to carry them around. Occasionally if i have one small item they have let me slip it into the purchase bag but it is not common practice as they must account for every item in the bag to match the purchase receipt.
