Hi Kay. I´ve bought 3 tickets online at the office but had an issue with the printer and couldnt save the confirmation number. Is it possible to retrieve the information of the tickets I bought? I only have the number of the credit card I used.

Hi Ronald! Yikes I hate computer issues and they always seem to come at the most inopportune time. Please call the reservation number and tell them your issue and that you didn't write the confirmation number down. If the ticket purchase indeed went through Disney should be able to pull the reservation up using your last name. You can also check your credit card statement to see if you were charged. You can decide how to get your tickets once the Disney reservation cast member locates the transaction number. They can mail them to you directly or you can pick them up at Will Call. I am not sure if they can do something again where you can print them out but certainly ask if that is an option.
