    hi kathy! we're from lincoln university, pa. saw all your years of expertise on here. pool closes at coronado at what time in sept? what is off-season? i saw 10p.m. and midnight. also...you hop bus to M.K. at lobby? is el centro nice area to room?

    Hi, Dauna!   Coronado Springs is a lovely resort!   The grounds are beautifully landscaped and it is such a nice walk around Lago Dorado (the lake in the center of the resort.)   It is a huge resort, so feel free to use the Internal Shuttle System to zoom you around property!

    The Dig Site is the main pool area at Coronado Springs.   It is open from 8am until midnight daily.   Towels are available pool at this pool.   Make sure to check out the hot tub - it is the biggest one on WDW property!

    In addition, there are 3 quiet pools around the resort.  These are not as fancy, no pool slides and towels are not provided (bring your room towels), but the quiet pools are great for a quick afternoon swim! 

    The closest rooms to the main building are Casitas 1.  I stayed in this location and really liked it.  You are just a short walk to the lobby, dining, and a bus stop.    To stay near the Dig Site (main pool) you will want to request Ranchos 7A or 7B.    Regardless of where you stay, you should never be too far from a bus stop as the buses have several scheduled stops around the resort.

    Value Season for 2010 at Coronado Springs runs August 15 - September 30.
