Hi, This is Katherine: I have a smart phone, and have my husband, and my passes on the AP, How can my husband into the park if he chooses to leave, and then come back in if he does not have a smart phone?

    Hello Kathy,

It sounds like you and your husband are ready to unlock all the excitement, adventure, and fun of visiting the Disneyland Resort theme parks as Magic Key holders.

With all the benefits of the Magic Key Program, you're sure to enjoy all your visits to Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.

I think you'll find that the Magic Key Program uses the convenience of mobile devices and digital tools and features to make the everyday Guest experience easier. The good news is that there are options for those Guests who might not have access to a mobile device.

One option that's available to you is to print out your Magic Key Pass with its barcode while you're at home. You can bring that printed Magic Key Pass and theme park reservation and a valid photo ID to the theme park.

Another option for you if you would like to get a physical paper card for your Magic Key Pass is to request one by stopping by a Disneyland Resort Main Entrance ticket booth. You'll want to be ready to show your Magic Key ID and a valid photo ID. (Note, there may be a fee applied for requesting a paper Magic Key Pass).

Be sure to join your fellow Magic Key holders by following the Magic Key community on social media. It's a great way to stay in the know. I also encourage you to follow the Disney Parks Blog as a way to keep up to date with all that's new and exciting at the Disneyland Resort.

Here's wishing you lots of fun when you visit the Disneyland Resort, and here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today, Kathy!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
