Hi Kari - thanks for your response. Yes,my mother and I do live in the same household. I had no problem picking up the pass, and actually used it for an entire week back in December. My signature and fingerprint are linked with the pass. Is this a problem?

Stephen, thanks so much for the follow up information.  This has me completely stumped and in talking to DVC Member Services, they don't understand it either.

I'm so glad you didn't have any problems with your Pass in December but I'm concerned about what may or may not happen when you try to use it in the future.

The Cast Member I spoke with at Member Services encouraged you to contact Walt Disney World Guest Ticketing

If you don't mind, please keep me updated on what you find out and how your situation is resolved.  Good luck.  I'm sending some pixie dust your way in hopes this will be resolved easily.
