    Kari - staying at Contemporary - Garden Wing/garden view. Could you recommend good rooms to request? Thank you. First time staying at this resort.

    Before I answer your question, I want to thank you so much for all of the questions you have shared with, not only me, but everyone with the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You have made my heart so happy and I cannot thank you enough for using the Disney Parks Moms Panel as a resource when you are planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacations!

    You are staying at one of my all-time favorite Disney Resort hotels! Disney's Contemporary Resort is incredible!!! It's ultra-modern in design, has amazing dining options and the location can't be beat! I'm so excited for you! You are also staying in one of my favorite room types! The Garden Wing - Garden View is wonderful! You have the benefits of Disney's Contemporary Resort but in a serene setting. It's the best of all worlds!

    While room requests are granted based on availability, you have terrific options, based on your personal preferences. If you are interested in a patio with balcony, you will want to request the first floor. Your other choices are garden view vs. Bay Lake view. While the first floor patio is lovely, I prefer a higher level floor with a view of Bay Lake. It's so magical to wake up in the morning, enjoy a great cup of coffee and look out over Bay Lake. It's the perfect start to a magical day!
