Hi Kara..I recently read on allears the reviews from visitors on the food and food service at Chef Mickey's. By the looks of things 90% of them were really disappointed (very bland and not much choice) What is your opinion? Thanks for all your help :)

    Hi Lindsey,

I was shocked to read 90% disproval, so I did go over to check the review and see what was said.  When i read it, 98% recommend Chef Mickey's for breakfast while 89% recommend it for dinner.  Perhaps you misread it or could we be looking at different pages?  I did look over some of comments and did see some of them about some disappointment in the food, but we have never found that to be the case.  However, I will confess it has been a handful of years since we've been, but we have reservations for our next trip.  Because of this, I did ask the other Disney Moms about their recent experiences, and they all would still highly recommend it.   I think one aspect that makes it so much fun is the chance to interact with the characters, but if you are really bothered by the reviews, there are certainly other options with similar characters:  The Garden Grill at Epcot, Tusker House at the Animal Kingdom, and 'Ohana at the Polynesian Resort.
