Kara, do you know if Disney will have a MNSSHP on Nov 1 this year? If so it is exactly like the party they hold on the actual Halloween night? Thnx!

    Hello, Kay,

What a treat to be able to talk about Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, which is truly one of my favorite treats at WDW.  I love all the autumn colors and decorations throughout the Magic Kingdom and then am always amazed as the parks transforms for the party.  I don't want to spoil all the surprises, but my family has had a fantastic time every time we've gone.

I checked the dates for this year's party; and sadly, there isn't one scheduled for November 1, 2012.  However, there is one planned for November 2, 2012. And don't worry, Disney tries to make each party as special each and every night for all the guests, regardless if they actually attend Halloween or not.  It should be the same experience. In fact, you may find that the one difference is a lighter crowd since Halloween night is one party that often sells out.

Thank you so much for the question!
