Hi Kara! My family is planning on going to the Food and Wine Festival at Epcot next year. Can the Disney Dining Plan be used to purchase some of the items? Thanks!

    Hi Bernie,

Yes, in previous years, guests have been welcome to use the Snack Option of the Disney Dining Plan to purchase some of the food offerings at the assorted booths throughout the World Showcase during Epcot's Food and Wine Festival. At each booth there is a menu sign that clearly indicates which items are eligible.  For example. at the Barcelona booth in 2009 there were 3 menu items as well as bottled water available.

If you prefer to save your snack options for elsewhere, you do have the option of purchasing a Food and Wine Festival gift card to help simplify the sampling of the many yummy offerings.

Make sure and arrive with an empty stomach!
