    I justreturned from Downtown Disney on thurs, and i wasn't able to find the "what's in your heart/soul pendants and floating charms. Is this a item sold at the parks?

    Hi Kimberly,

    I noticed you had a couple questions related to Disney merchandise pending with us.  The best way to locate Disney parks merchandise is to contact the Disney Merchandise Department. If an item is for sale in the parks, they will locate it!  

    They can be reached at 407-363-6200 or email: wdw.mail.order@disneyworld.com. You'll need to be as specific as possible with your description and they will get back to you with the price and shipping costs if it's available.
