Hi, I am Juntao, and am interested in planning a birthday trip for my girlfriend at Disney World, how should I planned here? Any packages?

    Hiya Juntao!

Welcome to planDisney, the most magical place on the internet! Wow, Juntao, what a special occasion you are planning! I am honoured that I get to help you plan such a special day for you and your girlfriend, and I am sending her all the early birthday wishes and pixie-dust. There is truly no better place to celebrate your birthday than at the Walt Disney World Resort, and I know this day will be extra magical.

Now, let's talk about some of the things you can do to plan the best birthday ever! First, I would highly recommend making sure that you and your girlfriend have a My Disney Experience account as that is where all the planning magic happens. If you would like to visit the theme parks, you will have to purchase theme park tickets for you and your girlfriend as part of your theme park admission. Once your purchase is complete, make sure to link the tickets to your My Disney Experience account so that you can use them and make theme park reservations. Indeed, theme park reservations are required for each day you intend to visit the theme parks, but you will only need to make a reservation for the first park you plan to visit if you buy Park Hopper tickets. Then, I highly suggest also staying at a Disney Resort hotel. There are so many advantages to staying at a Disney Resort hotel, but my favourite is the complimentary bus transportation that is so convenient, especially after a long park day!

There are also many ways to make your girlfriend's birthday extra special! First, try to stop by the front desk of your Resort or any merchandise location and ask for a "Happy Birthday" button. Your girlfriend will be able to wear this button on her birthday, which will allow other Guests and Cast Members to join in on the festivities! Also, if you would like to decorate your hotel room, take a look at the service "Disney Floral & Gifts." This service allows you to order flowers, balloons or even themed baskets and gifts to be delivered to your room to make it extra special. Lastly, I would suggest looking into extra experiences that might be available, like a nice dinner reservation or a treatment at the Grand Floridian Spa! Plus, if you do decide to get a reservation at a dining location, you can even request for a Mickey Mouse Celebration Cake to be brought to your table. These are only a few of the many things you could plan for your girlfriend, so I would also recommend looking at the Disney Enchanting Extras Collection, which is full of magical activities you could do together. However, I recommend you make those reservations as soon as possible, especially your theme park reservations, as some can get booked up quite quickly!

I hope this was helpful, Juntao, and that you and your girlfriend will have a magical time celebrating her birthday on your next trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. If you have any other questions or need more recommendations, please don't hesitate to reach out! As Rapunzel would say, "that's the funny thing about birthdays; they're kind of an annual thing," and the best way to make them special is by adding Disney magic to your celebration.

    Have a magical day,
