Hi Alice,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for sending us you question.
Right now the Walt Disney World Resort is offering some truly magical
Special Offers. Some of these discounted Disney vacation packages are designed for families of 4, based on 2 adults, one junior and one child. For the purposes of these promotions, guests 18+ years of age are considered adults; whereas juniors are those guests between the ages of 10 to 17. Finally, children are guests that are 3 to 9 years old.
Kids under 3 are considered Mickey's special guests, and therefore do not require theme park tickets for admission to the
4 Disney Theme Parks and 2 Disney Water Parks. Isn't that amazing? That simply means that the littlest mouseketeer will be allowed admittance to the theme parks and water parks for FREE!
The above being said, children less than 3 must be listed in your
Disney Resort hotel reservation. Up to 1 infant under the age of 3 can be included on any reservation without counting toward the maximum guest occupancy for your specific accommodations.
There are occupancy limits at Disney restaurants too. Even the smallest mouseketeer must also be included when booking advanced dining reservations. That way Disney will have an accurate count of restaurant occupancy.
I hope this was helpful information, Alice. If you have any other vacation planning questions, please come back to visit us here. My Disney Parks Moms Panel friends and I will be more than happy to assist you.
Wishing you a most memorable visit to the place where
The Magic is Endless!
