    June trip to WDW. Staying at AS Sports. We have 5:10 ADR at Chef Mickey's on the day we are going to HS. We plan on taking a break at the hotel before dinner. How long will it take to get to Cont. from hotel, eat and then back to HS? Thanks for the help.

    Hello Kay!

    I tend to err on the side of having extra time when using Disney transportation.  I would recommend you be at the All Star Sports bus depot by 4:00 p.m.  You'll want to get on the Magic Kingdom (MK) bus (approximately 20 minute ride) and then transfer to the resort monorail to get to the Contemporary (approximately 10-15 minutes).

    Don't worry - if you arrive a few minutes early, do check in at the podium.  You will be given a buzzer that will go off when your table is ready.  In the meantime, you can relax or visit one of the nearby shops on the 4th floor.

    You'll probably want to allow at least 60 minutes to eat - when you'll actually finish depends on how fast the characters come around to your table as I'm sure you'll want to see them all!

    Once you have finished dinner, you'll want to take the elevator down to the 1st floor and head over to the bus depot to catch a bus back to Disney's Hollywood Studios (DHS).  Once you are on the bus, I would allow another 15-20 minutes to arrive at DHS.
