We are going in June 2024 for my sons fantasy wedding and I was wanting to see if we also get a discount for this for the wedding guest children I have 2 grand daughter who would love to do it Thank u Kathy

Hi there Kathy, and welcome to planDisney!

First of all, I'd like to say congratulations on your son's upcoming wedding! As someone who had a Disney Wedding of my own this year thanks to the help of Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons, my parents similarly also had a lot of questions about what to expect when it came to their grandkids attending the big day. From one Disney Groom to another, I'm absolutely happy to lend my own nuptial knowledge to your son as you look forward to the wedding day next year:

    • Whenever a couple plans a wedding event within one of the theme parks and books it with their Disney Wedding Specialist, their guests don't pay for park admission as this is factored into their final wedding costs. However, when it comes to discounts for the remainder of your visit, our Disney Wedding planning team was able to provide a lower rate for Park-Hopper tickets at Walt Disney World Resort; as this is subject to change and can never be guaranteed I highly recommend that your son confirms whether anything life this may be available to their wedding guests at Disneyland Resort.
    • Since you mentioned "fantasy" in your question, the Cast Member that I spoke to on the weddings team wanted to point out that if your son was in fact getting married with Disney Cruise Line on board the Disney Fantasy, there currently aren't any discounts that apply specifically to bookings through Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons as wedding guests are required to make their own cruise bookings which may then be linked by the Disney Wedding Specialist prior to the sailing.
I hope that this was helpful Kathy! I did my best to interpret what you were looking for, but feel free to come back and ask again here at planDisney if there's something more clear or specific that you'd like to know! In the meantime, I think it's an excellent idea to follow Disney Weddings on social media to join couples and their supportive, excited parents on planning groups online, and check out the experiences of other couples on the Ever After Blog and Disney Wedding Podcast to help you all prepare. As pricing and policies changed frequently since I started my wedding planning process, I highly recommend attending one of the upcoming Open House events this year at Disneyland Resort so that you can get the most recent information and ask your questions directly to the folks who make these magical marriage moments happen!

Here's to your son's Happily Ever After!
