Vicki from LA Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

In June 2016 K purchased a 2 day ticket but was unable to use due to illness. I am planning a trip in June 2018 and wish to know if I can use this ticket then.

Hi, Vicki! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you so much for stopping by with a question for us. I am so sorry to hear you had to cancel your original plans, but hopefully the pixie dust will soon find you!

If you purchased your theme park ticket directly from Walt Disney World Resort, you probably will be able to use it for admission this June. However, there are some cases where a theme park ticket may have an expiration date. The best way for you to determine if your particular ticket is still valid is to contact the Existing Tickets department and speak with one of their Cast Members. If you prefer, you may also email that department. You will need to provide them the  identification numbers found on the back of your ticket and/or the ticket order number from your receipt of purchase.

If you do find that your theme park ticket is practically perfect in every way, be sure to hop on My Disney Experience and link it to your account. Once this is done, you can make FastPass+ selections before your trip. There are some great new FastPass+ enabled attractions and experiences, particularly the two found at Disney's Animal Kingdom Park in Pandora - The World of Avatar. I am going to link a fantastic video from my fellow Panelist, Faith, to show you how amazing this new land is!

Thanks again for stopping by and please let us know if we can answer any other questions for you as you continue to plan your trip!
