Hi there! In June, my husband and I will be bringing out 2-year-old daughter to WDW for the first time! We can't wait. What are some of the rides we should plan to enjoy with her? She is 30 in tall and LOVES Mickey and the gang!

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Marissa! You're as welcome as can be here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I'm so excited for you to take your little one on her first Walt Disney World Resort trip! There's nothing like experiencing the magic of Disney through the eyes of your children. My little guy has been a regular Walt Disney World visitor since he was a baby, and I honestly think I've enjoyed it every bit as much as he has.

Ok, first things first. We need to get some rides on your must-do list! Check out the list of Walt Disney World attractions for Guests of "Any Height." You may be surprised at all the things there are to do, even for the youngest children. You can narrow down the list even further if you filter by Theme Park to help you plan your Disney days.

For your little Mouseketeer, I definitely suggest the Disney Junior Dance Party! at Disney's Hollywood Studios. She can dance with Disney Junior pals like Vampirina and Doc McStuffins, as well as Mickey himself in his Roadster Racers gear!

You'll also want to check out shows like Mickey's Royal Friendship Faire and the Move It! Shake It! Mousekedance It! Street Party in the Magic Kingdom Park, and of course, the Festival of Fantasy Parade. Mickey and Minnie make a grand entrance at the end of the parade that your little girl will love!

Plus, you can get hugs from Mickey and his pals at meet-and-greets or character meals throughout the Parks and in Resort hotels.

Marissa, there are so many fun things to see and do with your daughter that I can't list them all! Fortunately, Disney created a super helpful planning guide for parents of preschoolers that has lots of ideas for fun with little ones.

I hope this helps you plan a truly magical visit to Walt Disney World for your family, Marissa. Please come by again if you have any more questions. We love to help! And now, as Mickey would say..."See ya real soon!"

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
