Will be there in June! We hear a lot about leaving a park for a long break & then returning later in the day. How realistic is it - with walking to bus stop, waiting for bus, travel time to hotel - and then doing it all in reverse? Worth the hassle? Th

    Hi John!

This is a great question. I think it is guest dependent. It really depends on how long the break is, where the hotel is, what park it is, etc. For example, it is easy to return to your hotel from the Magic Kingdom if you are staying in a Magic Kingdom Resort.  It is also relatively easy to get to the Magic Kingdom Monorail Resorts from Epcot. In general if you have to take a bus, buses generally run about every 20 minutes and it basically takes 15 to 20 minutes to get somewhere within Walt Disney World.

I will say that my favorite times to be in the parks is early morning before they get too crowded and in the evenings and nights. It can be hard to be in a park all day from park opening to park closing, so taking a break can be a good idea.

I hope this helps. Please write back with more questions.
