June DHS day planned-2:00 Beach Club photo session for 7 of us-we want to go over early eat, cool down before our session. Any suggestions -on dining plan something semi quick so have time to primp before photos! Options for locations @ BC for the session?

    Hi Denise,

I recommend Captain's Grille (it's actually located at the Yacht Club which is right next door to the Beach Club) for a great, relaxing lunch prior to your photo session. You can preview the menu at the independent website allears.net.  Just click on Walt Disney World, Dining, Resort Hotels, and scroll down to the Yacht Club.  Lunch includes burgers, salads, pasta and chicken dishes.  It's a casual restaurant, with great service and wonderful food.  If you are in the mood for burgers and ice cream, Beaches and Cream is a fantastic venue. It's fashioned after a 1950s soda shop and is a wonderful place to spend an afternoon.  However, this location doesn't take reservations, and tends to be quite popular throughout the day, so if you are pressed for time, I would stick with Captain's Grille.

Have a great time at lunch and enjoy your photo session!
