Jonas, I saw that you said WDW is getting strict about allowing people to enter the park early before MNSSHP. I just made reservations at Bibbity Bobbity Boutique for 4:55 on the day of the party and was told it was fine to enter then. Can you clarify?

    Hi Becky:

On some nights, Disney has started to get strict about letting Guests into the Park before the official Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party start time and there is no guarantee that Guests will be allowed into the Park early, even if  they had been let in early on previous occasions.  This is especially true on crowded evenings.  However, I have not seen Guests denied entry if they have a dining or Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique reservation (though I suppose it could theoretically happen).  If you do not have a Park ticket aside from your MNSSHP ticket, I would make sure that you bring confirmation of your Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique reservation with you to demonstrate that you have a reservation inside the Park.  Hopefully, you won't have a problem entering the Park early with your MNSSHP ticket if you can demonstrate you have an in-the-Park reservation.
