Even though both of your back-to-back sailings are departing from
Singapore on the
Disney Adventure, each sailing has its own reservation number and is treated separately for purposes of completing the Online Check-In process. Typically, the Online Check-In process opens 30 days prior to embarkation for first-time guests, but
Castaway Club members get earlier access with the exact number of days being determined by their specific membership level. That means that Online Check-In will open up on different days for each of your sailings and you will need to complete it twice.
You will find the Online Check-In by going to the main Disney Cruise Line
website, logging into your MyDisney account, and clicking on the tab at the top labeled “Already Booked.” That will open up a drop-down menu where you can click on “My Reservations.” Once you open up that page, your first sailing should appear and there will be a drop-down box with the reservation number on the right side of the screen. If you click on your reservation number, the drop-down box will open and you should see your second sailing’s reservation number listed there too. You can go back and forth between the two sailings by clicking on their reservation numbers. Each reservation’s page will have a section labeled “Cruise Details” on the left with another section labeled “Online Check-In” under it that lists the date you can begin the process for that particular sailing.
When you complete your first sailing’s Online Check-In, you will need to provide your own travel documents, list your transportation plans, enter a form of payment for your onboard purchases, and select a Port Arrival Time. Then, when you go to complete the Online Check-In process for your second sailing, you will need to enter all of your information again and also provide the information for your friend (assuming that you are staying in the same stateroom and are listed under the same reservation for that sailing). As a back-to-back guest, you will get detailed instructions from Guest Services at the end of your first sailing about the procedure for your combined debarkation and embarkation day. Although the Port Arrival Time for the second sailing doesn’t usually matter for guests sailing on back-to-back cruises, you should still choose the earliest available time to allow your friend to join you onboard as soon as possible.
