    I joined the Magic Key Pass queue to purchase tickets, but I cannot be connected to the network overnight; how can I ensure my spot is saved?

    Hi there Brianna, welcome to planDisney!

    I'm so glad that you're interested in purchasing a Disneyland Resort Magic Key pass!  I'm not sure if you were able to purchase one, but I'm really hoping you were so you can unlock the magic of the "Happiest Place on Earth" all year!  

    At the current time, new sales of Magic Key passes are paused, and only current Magic Key holders are able to renew their pass.  However, I'd love to share some tips with you in case they do go on sale again in the future!  

    You will need to join the queue to purchase your Magic Key pass, and you will need to stay connected to your network and keep your browser or window open to hold your place.  Unfortunately if you get disconnected, you most likely would lose your place in the queue.  Another tip is to avoid refreshing your browser tab, and I'd have your payment method ready to go since you'll have up to 10 minutes to finalize your transaction once it is your turn to purchase.

    I highly recommend following the official Disneyland Resort Magic Key Holder Instagram account for all of the latest news exclusively for Magic Key holders, including if new sales resume.  I'm sending you all of the pixie dust that you're able to purchase a Magic Key in the future, Brianna!  Please don't hesitate to come back to planDisney if we can help with anything else.
