    We just joined the DVC and Bay Lake Tower is our home resort. We've had 4 trips to WDW, but we've never stayed at a DVC property. Which DVC resort is your favorite and why? We have lots of kids in our extended family.

    Congratulations on purchasing DVC!  I must admit I'm a wee bit jealous that you own Bay Lake Towers.  I got a "sneak peek" at the Towers back in December and all I can say is wow! 

    We love all of the DVC properties for different reasons.  I'd have a hard time picking a favorite, so, instead, I thought I'd give you my thoughts on all of them:

    The Beach Club Villas has the absolute best pool (Stormalong Bay) of the properties in my opinion, and, along with the Boardwalk Villas shares an outstanding location.  Being able to walk to two theme parks (Epcot and Hollywood Studios) is a huge perk in my book.  Plus the dining and entertainment options available at the Boardwalk area are immense! 

    Old Key West boasts the biggest rooms of all the properties.  My kids love being able to sprawl out in the huge villas, and love the Sand castle-themed pool.  Saratoga Springs & Old Key West both offer boat shuttles to Downtown Disney, which make these great choices if you plan to dine or shop Downtown during your stay.  Saratoga Springs has a lovely, well-manicured property, and a fabulous spa if you need some pampering.

    Wilderness Lodge is our first DVC "home", so, of course, we love it!  Access to the Magic Kingdom is a snap via a boat shuttle, and Artist Point and Whispering Canyons are on our dining "favorites" list!

    I haven't stayed at Kidani Village at Animal Kingdom Lodge, however, am going in August (hooray!)  I cannot tell you how excited we are to see the new pool area, and look out from our savanna-view villa to see the wildlife!  We've stayed at the Lodge before and absolutely loved it!

    I'm so happy you have joined the ranks of the Disney Vacation Club!  Congratulations again and welcome home!

    PS - Vero Beach and Hilton Head are vacation destinations in their own right!  I highly recommend adding them to your "must do" list!
