    Joel,love all of your tips esp the one about bringing VIA's-GENIUS!Since we seem to be cut from the same cloth,where do you recommend for a "must eat" in Epcot.Doing Biergarten & Akershus,have done San Angel and Rose&Crown-we need one mor

    Hey, Brandy! Thanks for the question. Our cloth rocks (when laundered.)

    Last month, we had dinner at La Hacienda and we loved it. It was one of our favorite dining experiences not just at Epcot but at any of the parks when it comes to dining experiences. Make a reservation anywhere between 7:30 p.m. and 8:15 p.m. If you end up spending extra time at the restaurant, enjoy the chips, salsa and Mango Blueberry Basil margaritas. At 9:00 p.m., the restaurant dims the lights and pumps in the audio for Illuminations. You get an awesome view of the show from any of the windows in the restaurant.
