    Suh-weet! Glad you took the bait. Or the bratwurst. Or what have you. Suffice to say, glad you liked the restaurant recommendations, Nichole!

    Biergarten is one of our new favorites. It came to us highly recommended from Disney Dad Jonas. We're looking forward to getting our families together and letting our boys tear up the dance floor with each other.

    The menu (buffet) at Biergarten is fantastic - and this is coming from a guy (me) who has oodles of German dining options just down the street in Old Milwaukee. I'm a big fan of the sauerbraten, schnitzel, kraut, cabbage and beef roulades. There are some good "gateway" dishes too for your son and daughter - and, perhaps, fiancee? - such as pretzel rolls, mini frankfurters, rotisserie chicken, salmon and potato dumplings. The dessert buffet will please EVERYONE. The Bavarian cheesecake is one of my favorite cheesecakes on Disney World property.
