    Jodi-Thank you for your answer. Is the on-line check-in line shorter than the concierge check-in line? If I check-in on-line, which line do I get in? All of my emails from Poly concierge say tell them outside you are concierge level, confused?

    Hi Ann - I'm not entirely sure which line will be shorter, as it will really depend on what guests are checking in when you are there.  However, since you are concierge level, I'd recommend that you do tell them that outside.
