Hi, Geraldine!
Thank you so much for reaching out to Jodie! She's an amazing Panelist and beautiful person, inside and out. However, she is currently on hiatus from the Disney Parks Moms Panel so I have the pleasure of helping you. I also hope you are excited for your "surf & turf" Disney vacation! Combining the magic of a Walt Disney World® Resort vacation with the vitamin "sea" of a Disney Cruise Line vacation is pure heaven in my book.
I also adore Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa - you're going to be blown away when you see, and smell, the life-sized Gingerbread House in the lobby. It's amazing!
Dining at Cinderella's Royal Table is the perfect way to celebrate an amazing adventure, but snagging a reservation can be difficult. My top tip for securing a reservation is to check the
online reservation system daily! A few times a day, if you can. Guests plans are constantly changing and the online booking system is always updating. More than likely, you will find a reservation, but probably much closer to your arrival date. With Cinderella's Royal Table being a pre-paid dining experience, there are a lot of last minute cancellations due to the official Walt Disney World® Resort cancellation policy for dining reservations. So keep checking!
Another option is to occasionally call the dining reservation number at 407-WDW-DINE - sometimes reservations can open on the spot while you're on the phone. Another great tip: Make sure you download the My Disney Experience App if you have a smartphone. You may be able to snag a reservation from the app, even after you've arrived on property.
I hope this helps, Geraldine! Please let me know if you should have any additional questions.
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo!
