Joanne I need a Canadian perspective. I have conflicting reports on ME. I fly out of Toronto, do my bags get taken to my room . Its a 6:30am flight. My travel agent had to pick hers up before boarding. Pretty sure we do US customs at YYZ. panel is great

Thanks for the question Lynne! You'll be happy to know you don't have to wait for your bags when you land in Orlando. You're correct, you will go through US Customs at the Toronto International airport. Be sure your checked bags have the yellow Magical Express tags on them, which will be mailed to you prior your vacation. When you arrive in Orlando, head straight to the level one on the B side of the terminal to board the Magical Express. Your bags will arrive in your room about three hours later. Be sure to pack a few necessities in your carry-on so you can enjoy your vacation right away!

On your departure day, you will be given a pick-up time of approximately three hours prior to your departure. Since you are flying to Canada, you will not be able to check your bags at your resort. It's no problem though, they'll simply put your luggage on the bus, and you check in at the airport.

    Have a fabulous vacation Lynne!
