Hi Joanne! I am confused about ME for Canadian travellers. I read a similar question but am still confused. Have you ever used it? Do we go thru customs at MCO and then claim or own luggage? or is Disney still able to do it for us? Thanks! Love the panel!

Hi Michaela. Thanks for the question. We always use the Magical Express when flying into Orlando International Airport and absolutely love the convenience! How it will work depends on where you go through US Customs. If you go through Customs in any airport prior to landing in Orlando, the next time you see your bags will be when they're delivered to your resort room. You will receive Magical Express baggage tags for your luggage in the mail a few weeks before your trip. Be sure to put them on your checked baggage. If you arrive in Orlando before 10 pm, simply follow the signs to the Magical Express counter, where you'll be shuttled directly to your resort. Be sure to pack some necessities in a carry on, because it could take up to three hours for your bags to be delivered to your room. If you arrive after 10 pm, you will have to pick up your bags at baggage claim, and then head over to the Magical Express counter.

If you have NOT gone through US Customs prior to arriving in Orlando, you will be directed to the Customs area. Here you will get your bags and go through US Customs. Once this is done, simply bring your bags with you to the Magical Express counter, and you'll be on your way to your Disney resort.

If your return flight is taking you to Canada, you cannot check your bags at the resort check-in counter for the return flight home. The night before your departure, you will receive a letter in your room with your Magical Express pick-up time, usually three hours prior to your flight. Simply bring your bags to the Magic Express bus stop at your resort at the designated time, and they will drop you off at your terminal where you will check in at your airline counter.

I hope this helps sort out the confusion Michaela!
