Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for your question. Meeting Jiminy Cricket at Walt Disney World Resort would be such a magical experience; his belief in the power of dreams and magic makes him the perfect spokes-cricket for what makes Disney so special to so many of us.
Jiminy Cricket is one of the rarest characters to appear at Disney, and at this time I can’t confirm whether he will appear for Earth Day. He does have a history of appearing for the week leading up to Earth Day at
Disney’s Animal Kingdom, but the Disney Parks Cast Members often don’t know until a few days in advance what his travel schedule looks like. My advice is to keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for announcements. Another way to track characters is to look in your
My Disney Experience app; there is a menu bar along the top of the screen where you can choose Characters and search the interactive park map.
As Jiminy says, “a wish is a powerful thing, especially when it comes from the heart.” I’m hoping your wish comes true and you get a chance to meet Jiminy Cricket this spring!
