    Hi Sherri,

Thanks so much for your question!  Sounds like you have an amazing trip to Walt Disney World planned.

Although my favorite viewing spot for Wishes is the beach at Disney's Polynesian Resort, I have a few additional suggestions you may want to consider.  The boat docks at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Disney's Polynesian Resort provide an excellent view of the fireworks above Cinderella Castle.  You may also want to consider booking a Wishes fireworks cruise by calling (407) WDW-PLAY.  We did this in December a few years ago and the view was unparalleled.  The cast member parked the boat right in front of the Magic Kingdom and played the soundtrack for Wishes for us as we viewed the majestic display.  Wow!

As for signature dining experiences for picky eaters, I would suggest LeCellier in the Canada Pavilion of Epcot, Citricos in Disney's Grand Floridian Resort, or the Brown Derby in Disney's Hollywood Studios.  The menus at these restaurants all offer at least a few dishes which represent fairly traditional American fare so your picky eaters are more likely to find a selection they will enjoy.  To be safe, I would budget an average of $35-40 for tips per signature dining experience (for a table of three adults).  This should allow you to tip 20% if the service is outstanding.

Wishing you a Disney adventure sprinkled with extra pixie dust!
