Welcome back Kaylene!

Based on the Extra Magic Hours that are currently being projected for February 2013 by independent fan sites, I'd stick to the plan I mapped out in my previous response. Take advantage of morning Extra Magic Hours at Disney's Hollywood Studios on the 16th and at Disney's Animal Kingdom on the 18th. Avoid the Magic Kingdom over Presidents' Day Weekend. Head there on Tuesday and Wednesday instead. I think this is the best plan for maximizing your time at Walt Disney World in February 2013.
