Hi Jill, I saw you answered a similar question and was hoping you could help us. Staying at AoA with a rental car and wondering the best way to get to Hoop Dee Do. Three kids DS (2,4,7) Not planning on taking stoller to dinner unless you think it's needed.

    Hi there Celeste!

Thanks so much for your question.

Your family is so lucky to be staying at Disney's Art of Animation Resort!  I toured this delightful new resort earlier this month and found it quite enchanting.  I hope to stay there next time I take a group of my students to Walt Disney World.  When you swim in the main themed pool, don't forget to listen underwater to catch your favorite Finding Nemo characters in conversation.  And be sure to try the gelato in the Landscapes of Flavor food court.

To get to the Hoop-Dee-Do Musical Revue from your home resort, drive your rental car to the entrance of Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground.  Inform the Cast Member at the welcome gate that you will be attending the Hoop-Dee-Doo.  He or she will direct you where to park.  Then you'll board an internal resort bus to a stop near Pioneer Hall.  Enjoy this adorable dinner show, dine on some scrumptious home-cooking, and then head back to your car by internal resort bus.  Once you get back to your car, it is just a short drive back to Disney's Art of Animation Resort.

Unless you are attending a very late showing of the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue, I don't think you'll need your stroller.  You would need to fold it up as you entered the Disney buses anyway.  While I'm normally a huge fan of using a stroller throughout Disney property, this is one evening when you'll likely be just fine without it.

Have fun!  Let me know if you need any additional advice.  I'd love to help you plan your trip.
