Hi Jill C. I would love more info on visting Disney Resorts. Could you make an itinerary of the resorts to visit, the best order and how to get from one to another & special must sees. We will have a rental car if that helps. How about parkIng? Thx

    Welcome back Rebecca!

Thanks for your question regarding visiting Disney's spectacular resorts.  While all of the resorts on Disney property are impressive in their own way, there are four that I suggest you simply must see, particularly if you are visiting over the holidays.

    1.  During one of the days you're visiting the Magic Kingdom, take a mid-day break to visit Disney's Grand Floridian Resort.  Just hop on the resort monorail or a boat launch in front of the Magic Kingdom and you'll be there in no time.  Make your way to the main lobby and prepare yourself to be enchanted.  You will encounter a life-size gingerbread house with an intoxicating smell.  Trust me, you'll want to nibble on the shingles.  The enormous Christmas tree in the main lobby is one of the prettiest I've seen and the poinsettias throughout the resort grounds are stunning.  Bring your camera!

    2. Start one of your vacation days with breakfast at Cape May Cafe in Disney's Beach Club Resort.  On your way to breakfast you're going to find the cutest chocolate and gingerbread carousel in the lobby at this resort.

    3.  Drive your rental car over to Disney's Wilderness Lodge one evening to soak up the splendor of what I believe to be the most beautifully decorated resort in all of Walt Disney World.  When you set foot in the lobby of this resort your jaw will drop when you see the stunning Christmas tree found here.  Make sure you walk around the resort grounds to see the many smaller trees and wreaths.  Check out the geyser that erupts on the hour at the back of the resort, too.

    4.  Schedule a meal at Boma on the ground floor of Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge and explore the beautiful holiday decorations around Jambo House.

Thanks for your question, Rebecca.  Wishing your family the magical vacation ever!
