Hi, Jeremy! We have a MK Fireworks Dessert Party booked for our upcoming trip! Last year, I showed my son all the movies that were represented in EPCOT’s Harmonious to get him ready. Which Disney movies do you recommend we watch before Happily Ever After?

Hey there Christina! We sure are happy to have you stop by planDisney with your question about your visit and the fan-favorite Happily Ever After. This fireworks extravaganza returned through what I like to call Disney fan power. You, me, and everyone else who loved it.

Planning your visit for the most magical experience possible is what the Magic Kingdom Fireworks Dessert Parties: Pre-Party is about. First, you can grab some of the delectable pastries, cheeses, and beverages. Then shortly before the show begins you will be escorted to a prime standing area to enjoy the show. Some of my favorite things about Happily Ever After is the way it lights up Cinderella Castle and the night sky behind it. This show is one I enjoyed with my children in the past and it ties together the stories that I grew up watching like "Aladdin," and stories that my two daughters grew up imitating like "Frozen." My favorite is always going to be "Tangled" hands down the best princess there ever was. The one, the only Rapunzel. These are perfect movies to start with and each has a special song in the show so your son can hear those familiar tunes.

Since you will be visiting Magic Kingdom Park don't miss out on TRON Lightcycle / Run Presented by Enterprise. Users will be able to enter the grid starting April 4, 2023. Take a stand against the Programs on this brand-new coaster that is one of the fastest at any Disney theme park worldwide. Your trip is approaching very soon and it sounds like you have everything starting to line up. One last tip I love to give to festival goers. If you plan on stopping by the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival and enjoy the Outdoor Kitchens as much as I do, it isn't always ideal to juggle all of your plates and drinks over to a table. I usually bring a small plastic lunch tray for a way easier balancing act. Make sure it fits in your park bag and you'll thank me later.

    Have a magical stay,

    Jeremy A.
